Sometimes I am just sitting around doing nothing and wasting my day. Of course that can be a wonderful thing every once in awhile but if you find yourself sitting on your couch every night or every weekend, it's time for a change.
Do you feel anxiety over your laziness? Do you know you have things that need to get done and still you sit there, stewing in your worries?
Start small, start with one action, one thing on your list. I think you'll find it gets you motivated to keep moving and even if it doesn't at least you finished something on your list!
Today I found myself in this exact position, looking around and thinking about all the things I needed to do today. I felt overwhelmed! I got up and took a look around and started with one thing.
It got me moving and I finished everything I needed to do in short order. It ended up not being as much as I thought it was and it felt really good getting something done.
